Join our team as a dynamic Bilingual Field Sales Representative specializing in Radio Sales. Drive sponsorship sales in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, helping businesses reach their target audiences through radio campaigns.

You will contribute to our success by compiling personal weekly sales and activities reports, and working remotely with the VP of Broadcasting to ensure that contract confirmations are accurate. In addition, you will ensure that the sponsorship announcements are written, approved, scheduled, and run appropriately.

Primary Functions

Prospect and generate leads to identifying potential clients.

· Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ objectives.

· Develop customized proposals aligned with clients’ goals.

· Negotiate contracts for mutually beneficial deals.

· Meet or exceed the underwriting sales goal on a monthly basis.

· Conduct effective evaluation of market performance and develop action items to maximize revenue potential in the market.

· Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution.

· Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

· Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

· May work with marketing, events and programming as necessary.

Experience:

· At least two years of hands-on field sales experience, corporate promotion, or marketing required. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

· Proven sales success, preferably in public radio or television.

· Experience with generating new/active leads along with the implementation of sales-organization within database software.

· Strong prospecting and networking abilities.

· Ability to understand client objectives and develop tailored solutions.

· Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, excellent written and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.

· Familiarity with copywriting and general database systems will be helpful as well.

Language Skills:

· Fluency in English and Spanish.
