Available Schedules:

  • Part-time: Saturdays 12:00am-7:00am and Sundays 12:00am-7:30am
  • Part-time Mondays & Tuesdays; 3:00pm-11:00pm; Saturdays 3:00pm-11:00pm & Sundays 6:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Full-time: Wednesday – Fridays 3:00pm-11:00pm, Saturdays & Sundays 7:00am-3:00pm
  • Full-time: Mondays – Thursdays & Sundays 11:30pm – 7:30am

Primary Functions

Facilitates activities and support services that complement the therapeutic program. Oversees the smooth and efficient operation of NCR, facilitates activities, provides motivation, support to clients and strict adherence to the rules of the facility.

Primary Functions

  • Holds responsibility for daily security of the facility through inspection and frequent monitoring of rooms and hallways on all floors. Performs security, bed checks, and client escort service under supervision. Reports any problem behaviors displayed by clients to the corresponding Counselor.
  • Transports clients in NCR vehicles for scheduled treatment activities.
  • Observes and document clients in the program for changes in physical, emotional and cognitive behavior and reports such changes to the Director and Counselors.
  • Supervises clients during scheduled smoke breaks.
  • Motivates and organizes clients to perform daily life skills tasks.
  • Oversees the meal services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner through coordination with the Centro Hispano kitchen to ensure sure that meals are served within a proper environment and that sanitation concerns are addressed.
  • Performs hourly bed checks.
  • Oversees closing discussion and documents according to licensing requirements.

Position Specifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience:

  • One to two years related experience and/or training.

Language Skills:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Certificates, licenses, registrations:

  • Valid PA Driver’s License
  • PA Criminal Background Check (PATCH)
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance (DHS)

Other skills and abilities, including computers, tools, equipment, technical knowledge:

  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft word and Excel
