Meet Noelis

Ever since high school I was interested in the healthcare field I just didn’t know exactly what path I wanted to take. During the pandemic, I was not even working for a while. After hearing more about the courses Tec Centro had to offer, I decided to go into the Physician’s Office Assistant course to get a little more understanding of healthcare. And I’m happy I did because now I am a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) since February 2022, and have started working as a Phlebotomist and Customer Service Specialist at one of LGH’s outpatient clinics.

If it wasn’t for this class and the help of Rosalyn and my teacher Ms. Melaney I wouldn’t have accomplished this.  I’m so glad about being able to pass my exam and get certified. My future plan is to be able to go to school for RN and get my degree.
