The goal of SACA Development’s rehab resell projects is to infuse opportunities to grow community wealth, while revitalizing neighborhoods.

SACA Development has invested in more than 130 scattered sites of residential buildings that have been rehabilitated and renovated. These homes are then sold to first-time home buyers, providing an opportunity for homeownership to those who otherwise may not be qualified to purchase real estate.
