Sana Vida Plaza
SACA Development proposes to construct two buildings, one a freestanding bank branch and one mixed-use buildings on South Duke Street in the southeast quadrant of the City of Lancaster. The site consists of two adjoining parcels, one an operating Fulton Bank branch and the other a vacant commercial property that been vacant for over three years and which has been demolished due to its inability to be redeveloped.
Mix-Use Concept Plan
The reconfigured assembled parcel will have three new buildings, a new 2,340 square foot freestanding Fulton Bank branch building, and one-four story mixed-use structures. The mix-use building will have an urgent care and pharmacy and two additional commercial/retail spaces on the first floor and apartments on the upper floors. The total number of apartments planned will be approximately 48 consisting of 1 and 2-bedroom units.
The project is a collaborative project with the City of Lancaster which is promoting the redevelopment of the South Duke Street corridor and supporting this redevelopment with millions of dollars of investments in infrastructure along the corridor including streets, public art, sidewalks, and public parks along the corridor. The proposed SACA Development project will remove an eyesore building and replace it with an attractive mixed-use retail and residential development. The anticipated completion date of this project is the late Quarter 4 of 2027.
