Personal Responsibility Education Program
- RIKERS Health Advocacy Program (RHAP) – Improve problem-solving skills for HIV/AIDS Prevention among high-risk youth.
- Becoming A Responsible Teen (BART) – Helps teens clarify their own values about sexual activity, make decisions that will help them avoid becoming infected with HIV and avoid unintended pregnancy, and learn skills to put their decisions into action. Incorporates Social Learning Theory and Self-Efficacy Theory.
- Making Proud Choices! – Increases adolescents/teens’ knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to reduce their risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV, and pregnancy by abstaining from sex or using condoms if they choose to have sex.

Drug & Alcohol Prevention Program
- LifeSkills Training (LST) – Students develop skills that enhance self-esteem, develop problem-solving skills, help them reduce stress and anxiety, and manage anger. They will gain skills to meet personal challenges such as overcoming shyness, communicating clearly, building relationships, and avoiding violence. In addition to, build effective defenses against pressures to use tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.
