Tec Centro Lancaster

Tec Centro is fundamental in enabling those who are underemployed and unemployed to gain self-sufficiency.

Tec Centro Lancaster was established to meet a critical need for accessible, career-focused workforce training in Lancaster County. Operated in partnership with SACA, the center provides occupational training, English language education, and workforce readiness programs designed to help individuals secure family-sustaining employment.

Over time, the success of Tec Centro Lancaster helped shape a broader regional vision for workforce development, one that could be adapted and replicated to meet similar needs in other communities. That vision led to the formation of the Tec Centro Workforce Network.

While the regional network has expanded, Tec Centro Lancaster continues to operate locally under SACA, remaining deeply connected to the organization’s broader mission of education, advocacy, and community support.
